Description

The Special Issue

In unstable and crisis conditions of society, the issues of international humanitarian law become increasingly relevant as a field of study of the moral, worldview, and value-based qualities of an individual. This social demand becomes particularly acute in the context of warfare and migration processes. Therefore, the initiated special issue of the journal is oriented toward a qualified discussion of the problems, justification, and implementation of international humanitarian law norms in the context of war and peace.
