ABSTRACT

The readiness of future teachers to organize project activities has proved to be an effective factor in achieving the goal of modern leisure pedagogy, such as creating conditions for organizing activities for a mixed-age group of people, and implementing the idea of intergenerational solidarity. Training of the future teacher-organizer is aimed at the maintenance and augmentation of values of national and European culture, development of civil society, strengthening interpersonal interaction based on co-creation of generations, implementation of international mobility in the animation and recreational sphere. The theoretical framework for designing the animation and recreation space was developed based on the systematic analytical study of scientific sources. The concept of “designing animation and recreational space” is defined as the integration of educational and cultural components aimed at the implementation of animation and recreational activities for mixed-age groups, taking into account the coincidence of motivational criteria, interaction attitude, understanding of time, understanding of the environment and resource limitations factors, as well as expectations to satisfactory performance results indicator. The main research methods included observation, test, interview, questionnaire and analysis of scientific works. For processing data following analysis methods were used: processing of quantitative data by applying methods of mathematical analysis; processing of qualitative data: content study and analysis, processing of the obtained data; quantitative and qualitative analysis. The training structure of the future teacher-organizer for the project activity in the animation and recreational space was developed. The effectiveness of training has been empirically evaluated.
