The main research methods included observation, test, interview, questionnaire and analysis of scientific works. For processing data following analysis methods were used: processing of quantitative data by applying methods of mathematical analysis; processing of qualitative data: content study and analysis, processing of the obtained data; quantitative and qualitative analysis. The training structure of the future teacher-organizer for the project activity in the animation and recreational space was developed. The effectiveness of training has been empirically evaluated.
